Motorbike, quad and jet ski transport
Bikes moved by people who understand how to strap one down. Ramps, soft ties and wheel chocks come as standard, and we don’t tie anything to a handlebar and hope for the best.

Motorbike transport prices
Local, within Ayrshire
Most booked
from
£75
Collection and delivery within North Ayrshire and the surrounding towns.
Central belt
from
£120
Into Glasgow, Paisley, Ayr or Edinburgh. Usually same or next day.
Quad, trike or jet ski
from
£140
Wider and heavier loads that need a different strapping setup and often two people.
Scotland-wide
from
£160
Longer runs the length of the country, priced on the route rather than a flat rate.
What that price actually is. These are starting prices for a single machine on a straightforward route. Non-runners, difficult access and multiple bikes change the figure — send us the postcodes and what it is, and we’ll give you the real number.
What moves the price up or down
Distance and route
The main driver on bike transport. A run down the coast is very different from a Highlands collection.
Whether it runs
A bike that starts and can be ridden onto the van is quicker than a seized project that needs winching.
Size and type of machine
A 125 is not a Goldwing. Quads, trikes and jet skis take more room and a different strapping setup.
Access at both ends
A garage on a driveway is easy. A basement lock-up down a lane needs planning and sometimes two of us.
How many machines
Two bikes on the same run cost far less than two separate jobs. Worth asking if you’ve got more than one.
Timing
If we’re already heading that way, it’s cheaper. We’ll tell you honestly when that’s the case.

Bike transport questions
How much does motorbike transport cost?
Ours start at £75 for a local collection and delivery within Ayrshire, £120 into the central belt, £140 for a quad or jet ski, and £160 for longer Scotland-wide runs. Send the two postcodes and what the machine is for a fixed price.
Can you move a non-runner or a project bike?
Yes, that’s a good share of what we carry. Tell us if it won’t roll, won’t steer or has no brakes, because that changes how we load it — but none of those are a problem in themselves.
Is my bike insured while you have it?
Yes, goods in transit insurance covers it while it’s with us. Ask and we’ll send you the certificate before the job rather than after something has gone wrong.
How do you strap a bike down?
Wheel chock at the front, soft ties over the bars or yokes, and tie-downs at four points with the suspension compressed slightly. What we don’t do is run a ratchet strap straight over a fairing and pull it tight.
Can you collect from an auction or a dealer?
Yes. Give us the lot or order number, the site and a collection window, and we’ll deal with them directly. We’ll send you photos at pickup so you can see what turned up.
