Medium office
from
£750
Ten to thirty desks. Typically a full weekend with a written schedule.

Office clearance

What that price actually is. These are starting prices for straightforward moves with lift access and parking. Commercial buildings vary enormously — we’ll come and survey both sites at no charge and give you a fixed figure and a schedule before you commit.
What moves the price up or down
Number of desks and staff
The clearest measure of size in an office move, and the first thing we’ll ask you.
Building access at both ends
Goods lifts, loading bays, security sign-in and permitted hours matter more in commercial moves than anything else.
When it has to happen
Evenings and weekends cost more in labour but usually cost you far less than a lost trading day.
IT and server equipment
We move and reconnect desktop kit. Server racks and comms rooms we’ll coordinate around your IT people.
Whether old furniture is going
Most office moves leave something behind. Clearing it is quoted alongside so you get one figure.
Crates and labelling
We can supply crates and a labelling system, which is what makes the unpack fast at the other end.

Office move questions
How much does an office move cost?
Ours start at £350 for a small office of up to ten desks, £750 for ten to thirty, and £950 where the move has to run overnight or on a Sunday. Commercial buildings vary a lot, so we survey both sites free of charge before giving you a fixed figure.
Can you move us outside working hours?
Yes, and for most businesses that’s the right call. An evening or weekend move usually costs a little more in labour and far less than a lost day of trading. We’ll price both so you can compare properly.
What happens with our IT equipment?
Desktop machines, monitors and peripherals we wrap, carry and set back down at the right desk. Server racks and comms rooms we’ll work around your IT provider rather than pretend to be one.
Can you get rid of our old furniture?
Yes, office clearance starts at £400 and we quote it alongside the move so you get one figure. You get the waste transfer paperwork, and anything reusable goes to a local charity rather than a skip.
Are you insured for commercial premises?
Yes, we carry goods in transit and public liability cover. Most commercial landlords and building managers will ask for the certificates before letting us on site — tell us who needs them and we’ll send them across directly.
