How quickly will I get a price?
Usually inside an hour during the working day. If you send the full details through the form, the number you get back is fixed rather than an estimate we revise later.
Is the quote fixed, or can it change on the day?
It’s fixed. That’s why we ask about stairs, access and load size before quoting rather than after. The only time a price changes is if the job itself changes, and we’d agree that with you before carrying on.
Are my belongings insured while you have them?
Yes, we carry goods in transit insurance. Ask and we’ll send you the certificate before your job, not after something has gone wrong.
Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
We do, for beds, wardrobes and tables. Mention it when you book so we bring the right tools and allow the time in your slot.
How far will you travel?
North Ayrshire is home and we’re across it most days. We do Scotland-wide moves regularly, and we’ll go further for the right job. Ask and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth your money using us.
What if I need to change the date?
Let us know as early as you can and we’ll move you to another slot. There’s no charge for rescheduling with reasonable notice.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer on completion. No deposit for most jobs, and we’ll tell you upfront if yours is an exception.
